About Me
I am first and foremost a husband to my wife, Anna, we are parents to three boys. When I am not dealing with the craziness of parenthood, I am passionate about coaching and have served the greater Seattle area for over a decade coaching baseball and training youth and young adults. Since 2021, I have been the head baseball coach at my Alma-Matter, Archbishop Murphy High School. Since becoming head coach at AMHS, we have made multiple post-season appearances in Districts and State, where we have won two, district championships and have finished fifth in State three times. Prior to coaching at Murphy, I was the pitching coach at Everett Community College for three years where we won one NWAC North Championship and finished runner up in the NWAC Championship series. As a coach I have had over a dozen players join the professional ranks of baseball and many more play collegiately at every level of college baseball.
After graduating from high school, I was fortunate to play at Bellevue College (2013-2015) and Liberty University (2015-2017). Following my college days, I played 7+ years semi-professionally for the Seattle Studs. I use my playing experience to get the most out of your athlete and teach them what it takes to improve themselves to be the best version of themselves on the field.
Although I am highly skilled in teaching the fundamentals of the game of baseball, I use my time with your athlete to help improve much more than just baseball skills. My approach is encouraging, while pushing your athlete to get more out of themselves than they thought possible. My goal is to build your athlete’s self-confidence, self-talk, and love for the game. I value building strong rapport with athletes and their families, and enjoy following them and staying connected throughout their playing career.
